Welcome to KM21!

Can I use a credit card or PIN card to pay for admission?
Yes. Both the ticket office and the museum shop accept all the usual credit cards. You can also use your PIN card if you have one.

Can I order my ticket online or by phone?
Yes, you can buy your ticket online here.

Does the museum sell Museum Cards?
Yes. Museum Cards are available from the ticket office.  A Museum Card grants you free admission for one year to almost all Dutch museums. Cards are € 75,00 (including administration fees). 

Is the museum closed on public holidays?
The museum is closed only on 1 January and 25 December. On all other public holidays it is open.

Is the museum open in the evenings?
No, the museum closes at 17.00.

Is the museum accessible for visitors in wheelchairs or using rolling walkers?
Yes, lifts are available where necessary and the design of the museum ensures easy access for disabled people. 

Am I allowed to take photographs in the museum?
Yes, you are allowed to take photographs. However, the use of flash and/or tripod is forbidden.

Are there disabled toilet facilities in the museum?
Yes. They are in the basement and can be reached by a lift.

Is a photo or digital copy of my discount pass sufficient?
A digital copy of a discount pass is not valid!
Coming with the digital Museum Card? Make sure you have the version with barcode in the app handy. It will be checked in the hall of the museum.
